Senior Marketing Manager

Job description

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join our awesome team. The successful candidate will be experienced and passionate about all areas of driving growth and retention through seamless campaigns and effective stakeholder management.


You will manage and deliver the marketing strategy across a high growth and exciting business with support from internal stakeholders and external resource.


You will take the lead in digital campaigns where new ideas and ways of working are welcomed, supporting a multi-faceted customer acquisition and retention funnel, blending B2B and B2C techniques.


The Role

Using your previous experience as a Marketing Manager you will own and continuously work to improve all Marketing channels and activities, helping Staff Heroes to become a standout brand in the market and propelling our organic growth.


You will co-ordinate the launch of exciting new products and managing all marketing around this, liaising with all internal and external teams to ensure this runs smoothly.


Defining and tracking against KPIs, monitoring and analysing marketing metrics and Google Analytics insights to improve performance, you will work closely with the BI function to fully understand the supply and demand funnels


In this role you will work successfully building relationships with internal teams and building out a marketing team and supplier relationships in the short to mid term.


You will work tirelessly testing & learning across channels, to quickly iterate for improved performance and will own and improve the Content Strategy, rolling across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience building brands organically through content and PR strategies

  • Hands on experience in running digital campaigns and how to deliver best practice execution

  • Experience or understanding of B2B Sales Funnel

  • Understanding of basic CRM principles

  • Awareness of best-in-class marketing

  • Ability to think strategically

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Good at building internal and external relationships

  • Exemplary planning and organisation skills
