We are looking for a Product Owner or Business Analyst to come in for a 3-month assignment to help create the user stories and backlog for a new strategic project within Staff Heroes.
As part of this assignment, you will work closely with the commercial, operational and tech teams to translate business and operational requirements into detailed user stories and prioritise this backlog in order to launch a pilot to strategic partners in a timely manner.
After this assignment is complete there is potential for a longer term or permanent Product Manager position within the business that would be responsible for the core Staff Heroes business along with this new strategic area of focus.
Key Areas including:
Ability to take business requirements and convert to user stories
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Experience with marketplace products where supply/demand is critical to business success
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Salary £350 per day
3-month assignment with a potential for a permanent longer-term Product Manager position
